Leverage Pre-Existing Annotations for Analysis

I have pre-annotated regions that I drew on a full resolution slide scanned image in QuPath and exported them as geoJSON files.

I want to see if these be loaded directly using squidpy so that I may segment regions by annotation for DE of my Visium data?

I tried using Seurat (see here with example data: satijalab/seurat#9448) but was having issues being able to do this and wanted to see if squidpy would be able to do so.
