The specFull and specLite datamodels are incorrect in many places. It looks like for most of the older DRs, the template and location fields are populated incorrectly, sometimes using a real location rather than an abstract one. The HDU extension names are missing sometimes, e.g. in DR16. Many, if not all, of the specLite releases have extras hdu fields, e.g. R1-00104931-00104934-00104935. I'm not sure if these are extensions in the specFull file that were accidentally copied into the Lite datamodel, or if these are new extensions for SDSS-V in the WORK release or DR18 that got accidentally back-propagated. In any case, I think both these datamodels should be regenerated from scratch.

@Sean-Morrison @joelbrownstein Pinging y'all here to see if these still need to be fixed. They also are missing anything for DR18.
