Currently, API keys can have two roles that limit the resources they can access to.
However, there's an edge case with orphan visits, since they are detached from any other resource, which effectively menas any API key can interact with all orphan visits.
Since Shlink will soon allow deleting orphan visits, it's important to be able to limit this permission in the API key.
