What happened?

Upload support following states
UploadFileState.LOADING ｜ UploadFileState.SELECT_FILE ｜ UploadFileState.UPLOAD_FAILED ｜ UploadFileState.UPLOAD_SUCCESSED

But no idea on how the UI should look when the component fails to upload? or is successful?
In both figma and in the IX docs
