Within the auction view, the Report Abuse button allows only registered users to describe in a free-form text field what they feel is abuse. The e-mail contains a link to the auction and it is up to the reporter to describe which user/bid/whatever they feel is a problem. A registered user may report abuse only once per auction.

A database entry of _id = userId_auctionId would be unique per user per auction.
