How will developers do Oracle and Node service discovery? Also if I develop an Oracle how would I announce it's services to the network. Or do we need to just create a random github for our oracle and share that with potential users.

I think we need something like NPM (but more decentralized eventually) that allows for searching/discovery of Oracles. Also it seems like there will be a security need to verify who Node Operators/Oracle Providers are who they say they are. Will this be done through a centralized Certificate Authority approach?
