It would be great to have a simple guide to writing a project post.
It should say things like:
open with a one-sentence summary of how you're trying to improve the world
include an attractive header image that communicates the essence bofhind the project
clearly lay out the background, motivation, problem and work to do
make it clear how people can get involved, preferably with a list of specific tasks people can perform (e.g. join a mailing list, pick an issue on a Github project with the 'solvers' label, design a logo, contribute to a shared document)
if you're unsure what you want people to do yet, it's OK to ask for advice. The best way to do this is to arrange a specific time to have an online discussion where people can join in and contribute their thoughts. Once you've taken community advice, you can build a task list.
