Feature Request: Dynamic Model Update Downloads

Description:
Implement functionality to enable dynamic downloads of model updates from the provider's model list. This will streamline the update process and significantly reduce the time required for manual model maintenance.

Rationale:
With models now being updated frequently, automating and optimizing the model update process will enhance efficiency and reduce manual overhead for users.

Additional Notes:
This feature will save significant time for users by eliminating manual update processes, ensuring access to the latest model versions, and enabling rapid testing of multiple models.

it already dynamically downloads from models.dev which is our source of truth - so any PRs merged there will be reflected instantly
