Copy pasta'ing configurations from the README is cool, but having an interactive setup when booting up if .opencode.json is not found would be much better UX imo.

yep, love it, will give this some thought. on the other hand, ideally there isn't much to configure up front. there are gaps in the auto-lsp discovery/config, we'll iron those out.

I was thinking of a simple prompt that just lets you pick your primary agent model and add one provider, then you can boot the app without needing to do any manual config.

@adamdottv I got a PoC working. I'd love to chat about the UX if you're happy with it.
