Workflow cannot be restored today because it requires to also restore sub-entities (versions, runs...).

Since the restore in cascade is not close to be completed, we will implement it specifically for workflows.

We will also find an efficient way to handle the show page of deleted workflows. Currently nothing appears since it does not fetch the associated deleted versions.
