Describe the bug

Several documentation pages contain links that are now defunct. These links point to https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@tabler/core@1.2.0/dist/libs/..., which became obsolete after the third party js libs were extracted from Tabler.

It looks like these obsolete links are defined in the following two files:

There are also still references to jsvectormap and plyr libs in libs.json, though I'm not 100% sure whether they are still needed elsewhere.

There is also an obsolete script link on tinymce.md, but that file is about to be deleted once #2359 is merged.

How to reproduce

  1. Go to https://docs.tabler.io/ui/components/inline-player and https://docs.tabler.io/ui/components/vector-maps/
  2. Scroll through the pages and observe that there are still references to https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@tabler/core@1.2.0/dist/libs/... in the code snippet examples
  3. Open your browser's developer console and observe that there are 404s on those pages for the same obsolete script references.
