This build adds the missing claim command to the tapedrive cli. Additionally, it adds some extra messaging for the archive sync command.

This is the pre-built binary for the v0.1.9 release. It includes tape writing, reading, archiving, mining, and a web rpc service. If you'd like to build this yourself, learn more here.
