My machine was restarted while running a tt application. As expected, after restart I've got

tt status
 INSTANCE             STATUS                      PID  MODE  CONFIG  BOX  UPSTREAM                                   
 single-instance:app  ERROR. The process is dead

But in case I've trying to clean the app, I get an error.

tt clean single-instance
   • instance `app` must be stopped

And in case I try to "stop" it beforehand, I get an error as well.

tt stop single-instance -y
   • can't get pid of running process: failed to check if the process 378540 is running: no such process
