Describe the bug

Spaces between equal sign in index returns a Nullpointer exception when NOT is used at the beginning of the query

%dpl
NOT index = f17_v2 earliest=-5y | stats count by index

Expected behavior

Query should work even with spaces in between equal sign in index

How to reproduce

Run query similar to the one above
