I’m currently working at TableCheck, a company that helps restaurants manage reservations and experiences (among many other things). I work there as a Principal Site Reliability Engineer, drawing on years of experience building and operating infrastructure. (Rumor has it I started out tinkering with old USENET and FIDO networks… but that’s a story for another day.)
- DevOps & SRE ⚙️: I love building infrastructure, whether it’s in my garage, at home, or in the cloud (hello, AWS and beyond).
- Ruby Enthusiast 💎: I genuinely enjoy coding in Ruby, and I dabble with Ruby on Rails for personal projects.
- Language Learner 🇯🇵: Currently working hard on Japanese—語学の学習は本当に面白いですね!
- 3D Printing Hobbyist 🖨️: Started around 2015, and ever since, I’ve assembled, reflashed, and experimented with a bunch of printers, techniques, and materials. Every print is a new puzzle to solve.
- Programming: Ruby, Python, Bash, and more (🤫 do not tell anyone about JS).
- Infrastructure ☁️: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker… you name it. If it’s automation, CI/CD, or container orchestration, I'm interested. Strange MiniPC Super Cluster in the wilds? Yup.
- SRE Focus 🚀: Observability, monitoring, high availability, scaling, reliability, chaos engineering—it’s all about making systems robust and resilient.
- GitHub: You’re already here, feel free to check out my repos and projects.
