Maintenance release that bundles the Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable to fix #13

Mac version is fixed!

Made the window smaller to not run off-screen on small screens.

Fixes an issue causing the app to occasionally freeze after swapping tokens.

Bugfix: actually eliminates the background console window on Windows

eliminates the background console window on windows
fixes bad hidpi scaling on windows
fixes bugs arising from empty passwords that lead to inaccessible wallets
fixes some other UI bugs, mostly surrounding race conditions with Modal transitions that cause the UI to become unclickable
