Pop- Up window issue

There is an issue while connecting the MQTT explorer, it is not connecting with server, and the pop-up window doesn't remove either by itself or forcefully. It just keeps on showing on front and the values of different topics cannot be seen, while this has been working completely perfect yesterday. I have attached multiple screenshots of the above-mentioned problem. Kindly help in solving this.
