Do a leaderboard Isotropic-style.

  • Allow "social" games that don't count.
  • Isotropic used Trueskill for ranking: https://github.com/dougz/trueskill
  • Alternatively, the margin of a victory could be taken into account (i.e. winning by 150 vs 300 is better than 199 vs 200)
