Please add shell script to install all dependencies relating to fresh Ubuntu, possibly not system-wide (ruby gem fpm).

Or better yet, may you create debian source package with build-deps, so the build system will do everything on its own.

I finally built it, but had many errors with build dependencies - sbt and fpm.
