I'd like to raise an issue that myself and a friend of mine have come across.
The only common factor I'm aware of is the Window OS (10 and 11).
This problem occurred at the first launch of the day and it was working just fine the previous days.
It still recognizes my account and I'm still able to select the download folder, but everything else is frozen.
My laptop specifics:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2520M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
Storage 466 GB SSD Samsung SSD 870 EVO 500GB
System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
