I think it would be useful to have a section detailing the different things you can achieve with a RAP approach. Specifically:
Automation
Reproducibility
Consistency - where a pipeline and it's outputs will grow and change over time - there are parts (like data cleaning functions) that we want to version control and keep consistent over time.
Open source code
Integration with other systems, platforms, pipelines etc.
The motivation is to help explain to customers/managers etc that RAP is not just for automation. Also, where R or Python is most suitable depending on which of the above you are looking to achieve.
