In-line tags mentioning users, automatically suggesting, with priority to friends. Limit to 10 mentions in any post. Mentioned should trigger a notification to the mentioned user saying "{USER} mentioned you in a post / comment / etc. "

This lib can be used for @mention tags: http://ichord.github.io/At.js/
