example gallery modal

Create a new modal inspired by the pipeline modal. Instead of example datasets, it will show example Lyra specs. E.g. someone can load in a pre-made interactive seattle weather exploration spec from the lyra json.

We also plan to make tutorial videos showing how to make each interactive visualization in the example gallery, so we can also link to the youtube video in this modal.
