I am getting this error when running the script

Please check whether lvm2 package was installed.
or sudo pacman -S lvm2

Installing lvm2 resolved the errors for me when running mkinitcpio. Also it's always good to verify with something like pacman -F 69-dm-lvm.rules or any variation of https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Pacman#Search_for_a_package_that_contains_a_specific_file

Please check whether lvm2 package was installed. or sudo pacman -S lvm2

Installing lvm2 fixed the problem. However I didn't have this error message on a similar setup without ventoy
