quotes abort annotation

Describe the bug
when adding an annotation via the prompt (keybinding E) and typing any strings that include non-paired, single or double quotation marks (" or ') for example: foo'bar or foo"bar or "unending and then hitting Enter will end the prompt without notification about any error and without actually adding the annotation to the selected task

Expected behavior
Add annotations with quotation characters or notify about an error
