To improve visibility and traceability we should allow users to create and retrieve buckets that would be used to store underlying data.

By default now data is stored in one collection.
We should create new buckets api for creation viewing and deletion of buckets

api/bucket/ (Methods GET, POST, DELETE)

Extend current api to store files bucket.
Bucket metadata should be stored in mongo db.
