If you have swimlanes with names of different lengths the "margins" at the left are different so the lists don't line up properly across swimlanes - this is very ugly.

Also, each swim lane gets its own horizontal scroll bar so that only one lane scrolls at a time - this can get confusing if you don't notice that one swimlane is scrolled. (see below)

As a matter of personal taste, I'd like to see the list titles only appear once at the top of the list and more distinct vertical lines dividing lists.
