As per #149
Currently, when there is a situation where there are multiple of the same devices connected to a host (same Device/Vendor ID). An spdm-utils user is not able to specify which device in particular to use. In such a case, spdm-utils will iterate through the PCIe device list and return the first match for the device and vendor ID, which may not exactly represent the device that the user want to communicate with.
TODO: Add support to spdm-utils such there is no question in regards to the device that is being selected for SPDM communication.
