Following #271, is it possible to share more folders?

I don't want to share my entire data folder, only some of its subfolders

It looks like if I map some subfolder of ${HOME} everything works, but if I map something located not in a subfolder of `${HOME}$, then Microsoft Office applications are unable to load the file (although the subfolder is correctly mapped if I open the VM within the VNC)

For instance:

    volumes:
      - data:/storage
      - ${HOME}/Downloads:/shared/downloads
      - ${HOME}/Documents:/shared/documents
      - /mnt/dataint/data/someotherfolder:/shared/some

Then running:

/home/raffaele/.local/bin/winapps word-o365 /mnt/dataint/data/some/text.txt

Results in
