The current Webhooks page is very barebones and lacks UX. An elegant solution to not only webhook support, but other notifications as well is shoutrrr. I may take a crack at implementing this and other notifications sometime this week.

shoutrrr looks abandoned, wouldn't apprise fit better since this is a app written in Python?
