Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://preview.portalbridge.com/047a5979c9/.

Steps:

  1. Initiate a transfer using CCTP - Fast transfer route: 2 USDC from Base (MetaMask) to Avalanche (MetaMask)
  2. Check that destination amount is slightly less than the sending amount (in my case, 1.9998 USDC)
  3. Resume the transfer, in my case 0x1a2debca6af2131218fe0a167d620d38f73dc807fe36116b7e6a7be513826b99 (Base)
  4. Check the destination amount

Actual result: Destination amount is 2 USDC.
Expected result: Destination amount is 1.9998 USDC.

Closing the ticket, because "CCTP - Fast transfer route" is currently not available on https://portalbridge.com/.
