This page will be used for planning the upcoming EESM-RGMA tutorial session for xCDAT.

Schedule:
5/20 and 5/23
9AM-10AM: 1 hour presentation
10AM-2PM: 4 hour hands-on demo

Overview:

Ideas:

ESGF APIs – alternative, intake library, still need to download data
Consider subset of CMIP6 data (e.g,. 5 models)
Exercise, office hours, installation portion at the beginning
xCDAT with Dask
Walkthrough APIs
Example contributor guide – simplify so there is less of a barrier
xCDAT with CMORizing – if participants for model providers, if mostly students than not an ideal fit (based on audience)
Going to take time to figure this out, start planning in Feb/Mar
