打开 使用自定义文件名保存文件(默认为网页标题) 后 会下载2次

@zhuhero2012 Yes I suffered from this problem for a while, the secret solution I found is not to click on ffmpeg online, just click on parser/download and merge button at the bottom, and for more guarantees,, disable ffmpag transcod in the options.
