** 详细描述想要添 加/修改/增强 的功能 **
Chrome flags 里有一个选项 Parallel Downloading(多线程下载)的功能，能加快下载速度，希望猫抓可以在Chrome、Edge等浏览器自动、默认开启这个实验性功能，方便用户。

chrome://flags/#enable-parallel-downloading
