Working Well, Windows 11, Version 0.2

Hi All,

For any Windows developers out there I've just updated my SDR software to use version 0.2. Compiled with VS 2022, few minor things to overcome but does seem to work well with the data from rnnoise_data-2828242.tar.gz. I added a 'Gain' option which I find essential as my software runs an AGC and input levels are - loud! The gain is based on a contribution some years ago to 0.1.
