As per the Zigbee standard, only a device can tell the coordinator that it is leaving the network.
However sometime despite the fact that we send a Request To Leave, the device is not responding, and when the device come back it reach the network as it has never been removed -
So I wonder if there is not a way on ZNP for exemple, to do a force removal
