Describe the bug
An item may contain a placeholder in the ISSN field, if it's related to a journal without an ISSN. If this item is pushed to ORCID, this placeholder will be contained in the push. Observed under DSpace-CRIS 2023.02.05

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an item related to a journal, which has no ISSN
  2. You should see a placeholder in the metadata field dc.identifier.issn
  3. Push this item to ORCID
  4. The ISSN will contain the placeholder

Expected behavior
The ISSN should be omitted, if the value is a placeholder

Related work
I am aware of none so far, but will provide a PR for it
