At JKL we are specialists in all types of sheet metal engineering providing outstanding quality and precision parts to a variety of different industries. We use a variety of materials including Mild steel, Cold reduced, Stainless Steel (304 & 316) Galvanized, Zintec and Aluminized.

Our machinery for sheet metal engineering include
– range of press breaks from 2m to 4.1m in length and up to 220tonne.
– CNC flat bed laser cutting up to 4m long and 10mm length.
– CNC turret punching
– High Definition CNC Plasma cutting up to 3m in length and 1.5m wide and 15mm thickness.
– CNC Shearing up to 4.1m in length and 6mm thick
