What We Did

Colwyn Bay
Another old building that was in the centre of Colwyn Bay which again with the main contractor, conservation officer and architect had decide to renovate the old sash windows and insert the slimline double glazed units into the sashes.

Again our employees stripped out the old sashes and glass, then routered the rebates wider to insert the slimline energy efficient which were then installed and Dry seal glazing compound was used to finish off the double glazed units.

Localised rotten timber repairs where done to the sash boxes and sills using our resin compound Dry Flex. The windows where then re-instated and draught proofed leaving the main contractor to paint them towards the end of the project.
