Lot Polish Airlines cancelled their first Boeing Dreamliner flight from Chicago to Warsaw following a US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) directive.
The plane had just landed at the city's O'Hare airport after the operator's first trans-Atlantic flight using the 787.
Lot started using the plane for commercial flights in December 2012, with a flight between Warsaw and Prague.
