Continuing to distance itself from the quirky/ light mystery of season one, this tense episode of season 2 has an emotional depth and is a suspenseful cat and mouse like tale as a serial killer, who had killed Houston's fiancée, taunts him, luring him to an island where he is ready to strike again. Lee Horsley acts well; there's plenty of tense action.
