The address of this website has changed from breis.focloir.ie to teanglann.ie as of 1 March 2015. This has been done in order to afford the website its own identity. There is no change to the content: this is still the place to go for digitized versions of Ó Dónaill's Foclóir Gaeilge-Béarla and de Bhaldraithe's English-Irish Dictionary, as well as the Grammar Database and the Pronunciation Database.
This is part of a rebranding and renaming process which is being completed by Foras na Gaeilge this month to unify its three dictionary and terminology websites: focloir.ie as homepage of the New English-Irish Dictionary, tearma.ie (formerly focal.ie) as homepage of the National Terminology Database for Irish, and teanglann.ie (formerly breis.focloir.ie) as a repository for other outputs from Foras na Gaeilge's lexicographic work.
