Is it fair to assume this is the same transfer as the US release?

I do have this, but I've not watched it yet. I can't see us getting a different transfer

This looks excellent and includes Overture and Intermission as the original
70mm version had. I am sure this is the same as the USA version, Unlike the
Reg B of Patton.

Does anyone know whether contrary to Amazon.co.uk label this edition is Region A (North America) compatible? Thanks.
