About The Pull Request

adds an ice box adaptation of charlie station based on voidcrew

Why It's Good For The Game

ice box only has like 2 ghost roles not counting the bardrone or bots
that kinda fucking sucks

add: Added an Ice Box adaptation of Charlie Station so ghosts have more things to do on long, boring shifts.
balance: Blast doors have been added to the windows of Charlie Station's prototype laboratory to discourage explorers from stealing everything.
