wp-cache-config.phpagain if it's loaded fromwp-cache-phase1.php. This PR preserves changes in wp-cache-phase1.php and plugins (eg. multisite plugin). Also, it's little performance improvement.get_wpcachehomebecause constantWPCACHEHOMEis already defined in functionwpsc_init.
