Preparing doc for 1.2 release
help file small fix.
Deployment script use source files from src dir. It doesn't copy source file from ~/vimfiles dir into src dir now.
Issue 39: not a critical error in docs. vimwiki-todo-lists was defined twice.
Intro part of Help is reworked. Small improvements to toc.
some minor header text object improvements.
