Description
This is bugfix PR. A yesterday's PR refactored the way how we build a wallet and introduced a bug. This update suffers from the same problem as yesterday's PR, it cannot be currently easily tested in GA pipeline. We have to solve this problem soon. cc @bayram98 @KelvinThai
