The purpose of this page is to link out to notes from each meeting. This will help future contributors catch up on and understand project context.

How to Run a Shelter Map Meeting

Each of our weekly meetings should follow the format:

  1. Identify someone who will be taking notes. They should be responsible for updating this document and putting the notes on Hackmd.
  2. The note-taker should re-iterate the notes and action items from the last week
  3. One by one, each member will give their update for the week: learnings, challenges, accomplishments
  4. Open discussion for idea generation and plan definition. The note-taker should record any important discussion points or action items.
  5. At about 8:45pm, the note-taker should close off the meeting by re-iterating any action items for the week.
