Makes PvP combat an opt-in whitelist.
Both players must have pvp on to be able to attack each other.
This mod is server-side only
/pvp- Check current PvP status/pvp list- Give a list of all players on the whitelist/pvp on- Enables PvP/pvp off- Disables PvP
