Welcome to the POSTGAP wiki!

POSTGAP (Post-GWAS Analysis Platform) is an automated pipeline designed to infer causal genes from GWAS summary statistics, based on an array of public databases describing population genetics, regulatory activity and cis-regulatory interactions. It can be tailored to use private datasets such as new GWAS results or a priva 8000 te collection of genotypes.
